Life Coaching isn't Rubbish!

Life Coaching – some might be suspicious and
think it's rubbish - it’s something different to everyone
and has different outcomes for everyone. But what
is clear and obvious is that Life Coaching isn't
rubbish - it works!

I have many clients who initially approached myself
and Life Coaching with not a little trepidation, not
really knowing what they wanted out of life, and certainly
not knowing what to expect from the journey.  I watched
them grow in self belief and confidence as they realised over time that Life Coaching was working for them. They were
transforming into the people they wanted to be. Living the lives they deserved.

I have been involved with coaching for many years and have been a professional Life Coach for a few of those! To say it has transformed my outlook would be an understatement, not only in terms of my personal focus, but in my perception and understanding of how others ‘tick’.

Simplicity in Life Coaching is paramount. Help people with whichever method works for them, don’t clutter the process with unnecessary tools, allow the journey to flow – helping the client to know all along that Life Coaching isn’t rubbish!

As a Life Coach it is important to give your client your undivided attention and to listen. This alone is sometimes just what the client needs as often they feel that no one has ever before shown that degree of interest in them as a person. One of my clients spent the first session in tears, overwhelmed with how special she felt!  She went on to assess and rework her business, to suit herself, thereby giving her clients a far better service! (And I now have to book in to see her at least six weeks in advance!!)

Given this one small example, I reiterate, Life Coaching is most definitely not rubbish!
